Meet Dr. Chris Gaukler
Chiropractic found Dr. Gaukler on the campus of Cal State Long Beach. During a study group for his anatomy and physiology class, as they introduced themselves to the group, one of his classmates said he was going to school to become a chiropractor. Dr. Gaukler had never been to a chiropractor, so he asked what a chiropractor did. After he explained that chiropractic helped the body to heal itself naturally through adjustments of the spine, Dr. Gaukler was sold and he knew he needed to become a chiropractor. Growing up, he didn’t go to the doctor very often and as a high school and college athlete he relied on natural healing methods for his injuries.
Giving Back
Dr. Gaukler has been a chiropractor for 30 years. He was in private practice serving the community of Orange, CA for 20 years and for the past 10 years he has been serving the community of Murrieta and the surrounding cities, using his chiropractic skills to provide the highest level of chiropractic care to widows, orphans, missionaries and the home school community. He has had the opportunity to travel to Mexico multiple times a year to treat at a special needs orphanage. In 1999 Dr. G traveled with a medical team to San Pedro Sula, Honduras to provide chiropractic care to the surviving victims of Hurricane Mitch.
Outside the office
Doctor Gaukler is passionate about staying fit and healthy. “When I am not at the office you can find me at the gym or power walking in the morning with my wife. I have been called the jack of all trades so you may find me at the local hardware store picking up supplies for my current project, which may be my garden, building or repairing something or working on my cars.”
